Everything you need to explore endless icy creations. The freeze bowl and special dasher are powered by your mixer.
1.9 L ice cream bowl

Dasher
The dasher should be engaged with the drive assembly of your mixer. Once the dasher begins to slip and make a clicking noise, this is an audible indicator that the ice cream is done. Dishwasher-safe (top rack only).
Drive Assembly
Easily connects to the stand mixer to quickly start churning your favourite recipes. It should be engaged with the dasher. Dishwasher-safe (top rack only)
Are you wondering how to make ice cream at home with an ice cream maker? You can become an instant expert with this ice cream maker attachment. It fits most tilt-head and bowl-lift stand mixers(1) and replaces the usual mixer bowl and beater. You’ll find the redesigned assembly easily connects to the stand mixer to quickly start churning your favourite recipes right away.
Yes, it really is that quick! Just remember to put the ice cream maker bowl in the freezer in plenty of time (at least 16 hours or overnight), and you can make your favourite ice creams in less than half an hour(3).
We’ve also improved the design to make sure the bowl stays colder, for longer(2) so you have more time to create the thick and creamy texture you’re after. The generous 1.9 L bowl means you can make enough of that deliciousness to share.
No more grainy, gritty ice cream with this clever ice cream maker. When you’re making ice cream, the faster the mix freezes, the smaller the ice crystals, and the smoother and creamier the results. During churning, the dasher of our ice cream maker rotates to quickly and thoroughly mix, for fast, even freezing. It spreads and scrapes the tiny ice crystals off the walls of the frozen bowl, and incorporates air, to create that thick and dreamy smooth texture.
Let’s face it, cleaning up is no one’s favourite thing to do. That’s why we’ve made it as easy as possible. The dasher and the drive assembly are safe to put in the top rack of the dishwasher, and once the freeze bowl has reached room temperature, it can be washed in warm, soapy water. Then you’re all ready for next time.
